Please visit the link below to enjoy Dr. Lynn Rossy’s Mindful Yoga 1 and 2.  These are both comfortably paced low impact sessions that are ideal for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.  Dr. Rossy leads from the mat but there is another yogi behind her leading the same postures from a chair for anyone who prefers to be sitting or may want to practice while in an office environment.
