We offer a variety of classes and workshops:
A four part series that introduces Mindfulness. Each session is ~ 2 to 2-1/2 hours and can be done virtually or in person (travel related expenses, if applicable, additional for in person).

- The Healing Power of Kindness and Gratitude
- Tying it all together and establishing a Practice unique to You
A customized Class/Workshop designed specifically for you and/or your organization’s needs and interests. We offer this virtually or in person (travel related expenses, if applicable, additional for in person).
- A one hour consultation to explore pain points, what has been tried in the past, what has worked, what has not worked and why
- From there a customized workshop relevant specifically to what you want to address will be designed and presented
- A follow up virtual session of up to two hours to review what was covered, explore what is and what is not working and offer recommendations for going forward
- Each participant’s choice of a selected Mindfulness related book
A two day workshop that combines aspects of both of the above. We offer this virtually or in person (travel related expenses, if applicable, additional for in person).
