We offer three levels of training. All are designed to bring awareness to the presence of drama in the workplace, the roles we each play and how to minimize drama and shift focus to achieving desired outcomes both as a team and individually.

Half day live course

Virtual or in person (travel related expenses, if applicable, additional for in person). We recommend a minimum of 4 to 6 participants as sharing and breakout sessions are a part of the learning experience. Larger groups are welcome and encouraged.
